Book 3 of the Cat Walk Diaries is at the editors.
I'm trying to figure out which cover to use. Can you tell me which you prefer? The first with Ruby alone, or the second with Richie?
1 - The Meeting - Goldie
Suzie and I rushed through heavy traffic to get to the special monthly meeting of the Cat Walk models. When we finally arrived at the restaurant in West Hollywood I was embarrassed to see it had valet parking. The place was upscale and elegant. All the cars were new and polished to a high shine, except my old clunker, which coughed, choked out gas fumes and farted globs of oil. I noticed a Rolls Royce placed ostentatiously in the very front of the restaurant.
“Don’t mean nothing,” Suzie said, noting my anxiety as two valets came running to open the doors for us.
When we got inside a hostess led us to a small banquet room on the side of the restaurant that Madeline, the owner of the Cat Walk Modeling Agency, had rented for the afternoon.
Most of the women were already seated and chatting together. I noticed each was young and strikingly beautiful. Suzie and I sat down at the round table with twelve place settings. In the next few minutes a couple of more women strolled in and sat down. Then Madeline came in, followed by a waiter holding an iced silver wine bucket. There was a big bottle inside.
The chattering stopped as Madeline continued to stand. “I have an announcement,” she said.
Everyone was looking at her expectantly. “We have two new women with us here today. One lost her virginity for the first time - last night! Goldie, stand up!”
I felt myself blushing as I stood. There were hoots, cat calls and cheers. The women who weren’t clapping were tapping their glasses with spoons, making a cacophony of noise.
I heard loud comments from the women, chanted out in fun.
“Lost her cherry!”
“Hurray for Goldie.”
“Tell us, tell us.”
“Deflowered at last!”
I knew I turned beet red as I gave a little bow and nod to the women and sat down again.
Madeline popped the cork on the bottle and the waiter started pouring the wine in each of our glasses.
“The way we do things,” Madeline said, “is that the newly un-virgined tells us what happened. She doesn’t have to go into detail. Just her feelings about the experience.”
All eyes turned toward me with interest. I shook my head and smiled. “I guess my biggest feeling about the whole thing was surprise. It was kind of fun, and I had expected an older lecherous type, but the man was kind and young and quite good looking. He even fed me.”
“What did he feed you?” “Yeah, tell us all!”
I belatedly realized the double entendre and laughed. “There was this huge platter of treats in the hotel room, and a bottle of champagne on ice.”
“Oh, no. She got Alex on her very first night!” It was a beautiful dark haired woman sitting right next to me.
“Now Ebony, you of all people know we don’t use the client’s names,” Madeline said.
Ebony leaned over and whispered in my ear, “Everyone knows that isn’t his real name, anyway.”
They did? Who is Alex, I wondered? He was my date last night and I was still wondering about my attraction to him. Sex with him had been extraordinary. Maybe he was someone notorious. He had that scary bodyguard, Dan. I wanted to ask Ebony, but Madeline was speaking
“Our other new girl is Raven,” Madeline said. “Stand up Raven!”
Suzie, my best friend, now known as Raven since we all used aliases at the modeling agency, stood up. She’s gorgeous and black, funny and smart. She’ll probably be a star in the Cat Walk Modeling Agency’s secret side business: providing escorts for wealthy clients.
“Raven lost her virginity last week! A round of applause for Raven!” Madeline said.
Again there was the clattering of spoons on cups. Loud boisterous cat-calls ensued.
When she was asked to give her feelings about working for the first time, Suzy said, “I quit my waitressing job after the first night I worked for Madeline’s Cat Walk Agency. This job is de’ bomb. I found that we’re well taken care of, and the two dates I had were fun. The men were considerate and behaved like fine gentlemen. I hope to continue working here for a long time.”
“Thanks Raven, I hope you do too,” Madeline said.
Then all the women around the table were introduced to me and Suzy. I thought I could keep the names straight because they were descriptive. Jade was a tall and pretty oriental woman. Star was blond with blue eyes. Then there was Sapphire, Silver, Ruby, Scarlett, Opal, Topaz, Ebony and Mica. They all smiled and nodded at us.
We started on our salads and Madeline wanted to know if anyone had problems or anything to discuss.
Topaz said, “Yes. I told you about it, but maybe everyone should know what to do.”
Madeline nodded and said, “Premature ejaculation is a problem sometimes. The client is terribly embarrassed. Topaz did exactly the right thing and I got a call today from the client, saying he wanted to make another date with her.”
I was totally attentive, not knowing what I could do or say to a client who had a chronic problem like that.
Madeline continued. “Topaz told the client it happened often, even to young men in good physical shape. And there is a helpful solution.” Madeline reached into her purse and took out a bag. “I have one for each of you. It can be used over or under the condom. A ring for the eleventh finger.”
There were a few laughs around the table. “I already have one,” Star said. “Comes in handy sometimes for the older gentlemen. I just tell them it’s a sex toy.”
Madeline held up one of the packages and I saw a round rubber ring in a plastic case. “It effectively traps the blood flow so the man can stay erect for an extended period of time. Read the directions – you can’t leave it on too long.”
The Cock Rings were passed around the table. “Door prizes,” Suzie whispered to me drolly under her breath, as she took one of the packages and handed the bag to the next person.
Bet you never guessed that Sofia Mansfield is a pseudomyn. LOL. This series revolves about the women working at the Cat Walk Modeling Agency.
Having read quite a few recently published erotic romance novels, I have been noticing a trend: most depict women who are degraded, hurt or mistreated by men. In this series of books I want to blast that hurtful theme right out of the water.
Erotic romance can be fun and imaginative, involving women who choose a lifestyle that makes them a good income while doing something that is enjoyable.
This is fantasy, so the women are all gorgeous, and the men who are their clients really like them and enjoy their company as well as have erotic experiences with them.
I hope all the readers will enjoy the Cat Walk Diaries.
